History: Yukie was cast out of Heaven around the age of ten because a revolt being planned by her elder brother and father. The two were killed, but their family unjustly shared the blame and were thrown down to the earth for eternity, but not before a goddess placed a curse upon them. The curse caused them to become wolves at each full moon without fail (though it also allowed them to take the form at any other time), and forced them to live apart from the humans. However, a few of these Angels, Yukie among them, were able to overcome the ferocity and learned ways to use their new powers to help humanity. While their relatives remained hostile and demonic, Yukie and her mother and a few cousins left their "pack" and spread throughout the globe to better watch over the humans and try to regain the favor of the Heavens. Since Yukie was formerly an Angel of snow, she was sent to watch over the wilderness, where she remained for several years, with no company but the wolves.
